Great Week in Lusaka

We got a new investigator this week his name is Obey he is super cool we only taught him once but he has come to church already he seems super cool he had a perfect excuse not to come to church their was a wedding he could have gone to but instead he came to church he is so cool

that is Bruno he is a dog he almost bit me once because he thought I wanted to pet him and he does not know me but this week he was outside Elvises house and Pierre John the little boy in those pix helped me pet him .

Destiny's Baptism

My week is good Destiny got baptized Destiny is my first investigator I have seen throughout the whole process from finding to forever meaning he is on the path on the way to that forever which is our goal he was so excited when we had him put on the baptismal suit he was jumping down the church hallway it was so funny then he started doing karate moves . His smile on his face was so big that all you saw was teeth and he could not weight to be baptized he is a rock solid investigator he comes every week and says he is looking for a new job to make him have more time to fulfill a calling or really just study the word of God .
 when john asks a funny question in Nianja because every one who understands laughs so hard he is an awesome little boy and he works hard and learns a lot and loves church and being with us we have so much fun . and George came to church he enjoyed it and seemed to learn a lot in gospel principles and have a good time we learned about the church in recent times so Joseph Smith the apostasy a little about prophets and priesthood which usually scares people or makes them upset but for him he loved it . We had a new couple which was a referral come to church Jayo and kawunda they are a cute couple that have a member relative so Jayo knows a lot about the church and also he left asking how much the pearl of great price costs because he wants one he is so interested it is crazy and Kawunda likes the idea of eternal marriage which is a completely new idea to all of Africa but they seem to love the idea because of how much family is important and how much death happens here . 

The Whole armor of God

The people here are good they have a lot of rumors about our church. Some true but exaggerated some not true at all . It is frustrating because if we teach them then by the next lesson all of their friends family neighbors have told them all of these things and unless they are really comfortable or in some cases drunk they wont ask about the things they have heard they will just drop us or not come to church . When they come to church before others tell them bad things then they always can tell the difference and know that the church is not satanist . Sister Moulton's new comp is from Tonga she is cousins with my comp her name is sister Tukuafu she is leaving to Malawi next week .

In our ward their is a member Elvis converted about 1 year ago he is blind middle-aged man named Bro Noel he is hilarious the last two weeks when we came to shake his hand he has said when are you coming to visit me then it was when are you coming to get me for missionary work it was so funny then on fast Sunday this last week he called us out at the pulpit for making excuses for not coming to get him and said we did not have our full armor of god on which was so funny so after that this week we are going to work with him on Wednesday I think it will go well  we will bring Elvis or Daniel with us to to help lead Brother Noel around its funny because he can't remember Sis Kivalus name so he just says mine when he wants to talk to us so I am the one who always is in trouble.
