yea I am good I am so happy but so busssy like all the time I am
running never get a muinet to just sit still and think which is actually OK because it keeps me busy and makes the time go faster yea some times I have spoken in church especially in the woodlands area and it is always random rarely do we get to prep for it but usually I just focus on the simple lesson plan Sis Kupu made for us first topic then
outcome prep things they already know you want to review then interact
to edify brake the topic down in to 3-5 simple topics or pieces then
promise blessings commit to an action and testimony that is how it is so
